Being that little bit older we were able to practice some learning words for Noah. We made a row out of the blocks and used the pictures to spell out a word. It was great being able to use the picture magnet on a tile and then creating the word next to it, it’s a great visual aid for Noah learning his words as we could literally spell out what we could see.
From spelling out the words we can practise our vocabulary, and go through the letters one by one. It’s also a great way to learn the alphabet and pronounce each letter as we are making up a word. Noah loved this way of learning as it was hands on and he could actually see what he was trying to say. It’s a great way to learn instead of having to use a pencil and paper.
The magnetic tiles are great as you can use many pictures and letters to spell things out, and they are the perfect size for little hands. Plus if you get a spelling wrong you can literally just take the magnetic tile off and start again.
The brightly coloured blocks are very appealing for the little ones and having the pictures to also play with gives that extra bit of excitement too. They are able to sit and play independently with either the blocks on their own or with the addition of the letters and pictures too.
