Cheltenham Jazz Festival

Cheltenham has become one of the country’s best-loved jazz festivals, home to over 20,000 music fans.  The festival programme contains some great family events.

The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe at Cheltenham Playhouse Theatre

This musical adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ classic story will enthral young and not-so-young audiences alike, with its familiar characters and catchy tunes, brought together by Performing Arts students from the University of Gloucestershire. 

May Fair with the Steampunks

Once again the Mansion is having a May Fair with the STEAMPUNKS in their  absolutely incredible costumes.  Enjoy this unique family event at the amazing Mansion.  There will be Morris dancers, maypole dancing, music and stone carving demos.

The Joust at Berkeley Castle

The Knights of Nottingham back to the Castle this spring! Knights and Horses combine for hard hitting Medieval Jousting displays, filled with sword swinging, gut punching thrills… anything can happen and often does with fantastic audience participation and comedy included.

Party in the Park at Cotswold Farm Park

Soak up the atmosphere in the park and amongst the idyllic countryside with live music from a handful of super-talented local artists from 2PM – 9PM on Saturday and Sunday, and 2PM – 5PM on Bank Holiday Monday. Explore the farm park, meet the friendly animals, bottle feed our lambs daily at 11.30 & 15.30 in the Animal Barn and take part in free face painting.

Over Farm’s Countryside Adventure

The farm park is open again Saturday & Sunday (and every weekend!) Meet and feed the lovely animals, let off a load of steam on our bouncy pillows and three fantastic play areas, hop aboard the tractor trailer and quad trains for a ride around the farm, and try your hand at mini golf while you’re at it!

Circus Weekend at Fairytale Farm

Marvel at the wonders of the Fairytale Farm Big Top Marquee Show, a spellbinding performance for the entire family. Laugh out loud with Magic Mark the Clown and his hilarious antics.

Dino Encounter at Roves Farm

Journey back in time, and enjoy an adventure with the time travelling Doc and some fearsome dino friends!  Live interactive shows as well as dinosaur meet & greets.
